At first glance one might find these boots hideous, unfashionable, too gothic, emo, combat boots style etc.Before I understood fashion, I did. But if you take a closer look at these classic boots (which have been around since the 60's)
they're actually quite stylish, when worn correctly.You can wear these boots to complete many looks, including goth, harajuku, boho, grunge, or even a simple casual style.
Decades have come and gone, brands have exploded and then imploded, but Dr. Martens is still there, unique, individual and original. Whenever I see someone wearing a pair I know immediately that they are Dr. Martens. They come in many colors and styles but here I will highlight a few of my faves.

I was pleasantly surprised a while back when I saw these on Stardoll. I actually have 2 pair myself. One in black and one in yellow. The yellow Docs make a bold fashion statement. I usually wear them with an all black ensemble, just to make them pop!So many looks, so many ways to wear them. 
In these boots our feet remain protected, all the while looking totally badass and feminine at the same time.
